"I recently came across a stash of test pressings, thousands of white labels with nothing but a serial number to identify them, untouched and at risk of being forgotten. It was a digger's dream and I spent two long days in a basement listening to as much as I humanly could, not knowing if I'd be blasted with kraut rock, Mongolian folk, or techno variants – each disk was a roll of the dice. I came back to Brussels with as much as I could carry, and have since been trying to get my head around it all. This set is a taster of a remarkably mixed bag."
