Susonidos w/ Veinte Uñas

20 Uñas is the musical alter ego of Sandra Zegarra Patow, an artist born in Lima and raised in Rotterdam. Her practice blends image and sound to explore identity, migration, and belonging. She began DJing in 2020 during a residency in Peru, where she realized that music was a visceral extension of her artistic language and her connection to her roots. Her sound is an emotional collage: psychedelic cumbia, reggaeton, Baile Funk, Guaracha, Neo Perreo, lo-fi, and experimental beats. She doesn’t follow genres; she follows intuition. On the dance floor, 20 Uñas creates spaces where the Latin diaspora can move, recognize themselves, and feel at home.
