FILAIPE is cunt and cria from São Gonçalo, Rio de Janeiro, currently living in Brussels. Rooted in brazilian sound system, MC and afro-diasporic cultures, their sets carry the electronic sonority of the carioca periphery and gonçalense club scene in a work that has been described as ritual and rebellion. For this special debut at Kiosk Radio with Brikabrak, FILAIPE feels that Brussels’ cold needs be dealt with, and for that, they'll bring carnival infused Brazilian and Caribbean rhythms to warm up the weather at Park de Bruxelles.
