Nicolas is a musician mostly active in sound-improvised-textural music, improvised ambient, textural folk, free jazz, and noise. He explores unconventional performance possibilities, resulting in compositions and sounds that capture specific timbres. As a sideman, he is involved in various projects such as Suura, Erem, Belle//Maris, Yarès, Ever Present, Baljuw and Sarcastic Fringehead.
