Rafael Não Existe is the project of Rio de Janeiro–based DJ and producer Felipe de Souza, an active presence within the city’s underground electronic scene. As a resident and producer at Crua and co-founder of Maracutaia.fm, he has built a reputation for unpredictable sets driven more by tension, atmosphere, and crowd response than by any commitment to a single genre. With a background in software engineering, Rafael Não Existe incorporates practices of algorithmic composition and musical computation into performances that balance experimentation, rhythm, and physical impact on the dance floor. Moving freely between different atmospheres and intensities, his sets are guided by surprise, immersion, and a constant connection with the crowd.
