Het Bos w/ Bram De Laet

Bram De Laet is best known as the vocalist and bass/guitar player of Swells, but his artistic practice extends far beyond the band. He works across photography, collage, drawing, and—naturally—music, exploring each medium with a distinct, experimental sensibility. His solo music is stylistically diverse, ranging from ambient and rock to jazz and conceptual sound works. Recently, he has stepped into electronic music, a direction already evident in his latest EP DEFG, which highlights this new facet of his practice. During Museum Night (Antwerp) at Het Bos, De Laet collaborated with Manon De Bruyn on an installation titled Everybody’s Party. Throughout the event, he performed an experimental ambient guitar set alongside new electronic compositions. At Kiosk, De Laet will present music from this evolving project.
