Thomas Van Bogaert presents a selection of early and Baroque music, moving from the light baroque rhythms and woven melodic flute lines of the pre-Sturm und Drang era to the shimmering impressionism of Maurice Ravel and the contemporary orchestral imagination of Emile Daems. A slight focus point on polyfony with rehearsal recordings from Ravekoor Brussels. At some point we should dance to it.
