Meli Mena

After earning her spurs in Granada, French-Tunisian DJ and producer Meli Mena is now carving her path through the Parisian night. Her journey traces the eclecticism of her influences: an electric, almost organic style that pulls us into worlds shaped in the image of her own universe. Carried by enveloping subs, meticulously sculpted polyrhythmic percussions and fragments of textured techno, her music plays with contrast, suspending time in perfectly held silences. Between IDM-inflected techno, enveloping ‘sub music’, and energetic breaks where polyrhythm becomes language, every sound feels sought after, driven by a constant urge to push further, toward new club sonorities. On the production side, she's carved out a singular space with her latest EP, "Hold My Breath," released on Dürüm Records.
