Aquiles Navarro

Aquiles Navarro is a Canadian-born, Panamanian trumpeter, composer, DJ, and founder of River Down Records, now based in Brussels. A founding member of Irreversible Entanglements, he blends avant-garde jazz, Panamanian traditions, salsa, reggae, and electronic music into a boundary-crossing practice rooted in improvisation and collaboration. Through performances, recordings, and his label, Navarro continues to expand the possibilities of contemporary and spiritual music.
